Imagine waking up rested and refreshed, your laundry is folded, your dishes are clean and put away, bottles are washed, and your baby is happy and ready to spend the day with you and you are excited and confident to soak up that time with them?

That is what having me as your Postpartum Doula is like but it goes so much deeper.

I offer informational support regarding feeding otpions, referrals, postpartum recovery, signs and symptoms to look for indicating postpartum depression and anxiety, dynamic changes in relationships, and assisting siblings transition to their new role.

I offer educational support regarding infant care, safe sleep, feeding cues, tips and tricks for gas relief, and how to support your partner through recovery and becoming new parents together.

I offer emotional support through processing your birth experience, late night conversations about breastfeeding, parenting, and more.

I have created the packages below based on the needs of families I have served in the past. If what you see does not align with your needs, I would love to create a custom package for you.

32 hours to be used within 2 weeks; minimum 16 hours per week

Ex. 2 overnight shifts, 8 hours each or 4 daytime shifts, 4 hours each

Rate: $30/hr daytime $38/hr overnight

Package Price: $960 daytime, $1216 overnight,

96 hours to be used within 4 weeks; minimum 24 hours per week

Ex: 3 overnight shifts, 8 hours each, 4 daytime shifts, 6 hours each

Rate: $28/hr daytime, $36/hr overnight shifts

Package Price: $2688 daytime, $3456 overnight
